Sat Oct 17, Kids Crane Festival, MV Wildlife Refuge. Lunch will be provided from 12 - 1PM. Activities will start at 1 PM. The festival will be held at the Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge, located seven miles south of Monte Vista, CO on Route 15, rain or shine.

Regular meetings of the Friends of the San Luis Valley National Wildlife Refuges are at 7 PM on the second Wednesday of each month at the Carnegie Public Library in Monte Vista, Colorado.
